THE CALL TO REIGN IN CHRIST

KEY TEXT: REVELATION 3:21 KJV: "To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne."

LIBERATED TO REIGN: Through Christ, we are liberated to reign in Him. This reign is not temporary but eternal - reigning here on earth over sin and reigning at last in God's Kingdom. Christ afforded for us co-regency with the King of kings. This is the reward given to those who hold onto Christ till the end. Revelation 20:1

SEATED WITH CHRIST: By our union with Christ, we sit together with Him in heavenly places. Faith brings His dominion over sin, the world, and the devil. We are kings and priests unto God. Through Christ, we reign over sin, over flesh, over Satan. This reign is not temporary but eternal. 1 John 5:4

CO-REIGNING: The greatest co-regency lies ahead when we meet our Creator. We shall enter a life of triumph and judge angels. Cast away every weight of sin in you that will cost you your crown of life on that day. Kings and queens do not bow down to the tendencies and habits of slavery, which are in sin. Revelation 2:10

PRAYER:

Lord Jesus, I receive the grace to reign with you and for you here on earth and heaven at last, in Jesus Christ’s mighty name. Amen.

2 TIMOTHY 2:12 KJV: "If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us."
