SPEAKING THE SAME LANGUAGE OF LOVE (PART 2)

KEY TEXT: 2 Corinthians 4:4 – “In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.”

There is a battle going on in the realm of the Spirit—people are falling into hell every day. For us not to be pulled there, we all must work together in unity, in love, in perfection, in giving to one another. When I cry, you should shed tears with me. With this, hell will know that we are together. I am not talking about the unity in hypocrisy, or unity only in church. The unity I am talking about is what you think about me when we are not together, how you see me and what you say about me when I am not with you. Romans 12:15

One thing God said to me was that He is not looking at whatever I do in the presence of the people: casting out demons or preaching about love. What He counts are the things I do in secret —what I think about people and the feeling for the people He brings to me when I am in my closet. John 10:11-12

“Out of the abundance of their hearts the mouth speaks.” This generation has broken this scripture. People will have hatred in their hearts, yet speaking love with their mouths. But God is saying, my children in the church, let love and unity come from the heart. If you love me, you will not be happy when I fall; if you love me, you will shed tears with me. Jeremiah 9:8

PRAYER:

Lord Jesus Christ, help me to be genuine in my interactions with people. Forgive me where I have spoken peace with my mouth but evil in my heart, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

REFLECTION:

Romans 12:16 – “Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits.”
