THE LAW OF SOWING AND REAPING: The law of sowing and reaping applies to everyone. Whatever a person sows—whether in work, in speech, in conduct, in righteousness, or in sin—it will always yield a harvest of good or bad works. This principle is universal and unchanging, for sowing and reaping affects all men. Galatians 6:7

SOWING IN SPIRITUAL LIFE: Every time a believer drifts from God, neglects spiritual activities, abandons service, or indulges in sin, they are unknowingly sowing into the harvest of their future. The parable of the ten virgins reminds us: five were wise and ready when the Lord came, but the foolish, though believers, reaped a bitter surprise because they sowed wrongly. Matthew 25:1-13

THE ONGOING NATURE OF SOWING: Sowing is not a one-time event. It happens gradually—moment by moment, little by little, drop by drop—until it produces a harvest of either sin or righteousness. Every action you take today is a seed for tomorrow. Sow the Word of God into your life now, and you will reap eternal life in the end. Hosea 10:12

PRAYER:

Lord Jesus, help me to sow in righteousness for my tomorrow. Every seed of death, corruption, or destruction that is waiting to contaminate my future—Lord, root it out. Help me to sow fruitful seeds of life that will bring a harvest of joy and eternal reward, in Jesus Christ’s mighty name. Amen.

REFLECTION:

2 Corinthians 9:6 KJV: “But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.”
